Recent legislation allows eligible veterans who have taken approved licensing or certification tests on or after March 1, 2001 to have their fees reimbursed. The Board's licensing examinations have been approved for the new G.I. Bill program.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will only pay for the cost of the test and not others associated with obtaining a license or certification, such as application fees.
