Administrative Actions
Administrative Actions include issuances of Orders of Abatement and Citations and Fines. Section 125.9(d) of the Business and Professions Code specifies that payment of the fine does not constitute admission of the violation charged and represents satisfactory resolution of the matter.
Disciplinary Actions
Disciplinary Actions are those actions take by the Board pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 480 and 490 and Article 5 of the Geologists and Geophysicists Act.
